Mer Neith Collection watches are uniquely engineered timepieces which are subject to high quality inspection and rigorous testing to ensure we provide the best watches to our customers. The watches crafted design protects against the impact of drop shock when in normal use. However it should not be subjected to high level drop shocks as will occur when it falls on to a hard ground, for instance. This can damage the watch movement.

The ‘3ATM Water Resistant’ design of the watch means that this watch will survive brief immersion in water, like getting caught in the rain. However, the watch is not suitable for bathing, showering or diving. 

As a result, Mer Neith Collection watches comes with a 1 Year warranty on strictly the movement of your new watch. Your warranty covers 1 Year defect from the date of purchase on receipt .

Should you need to organise a repair under the warranty or replacement, please contact customer services first at info@merneithcollection.com with a reference to your order number and the details of your issue.

If your watch requires repair or replacement as a result of mechanical failure within the first year, It will be done so free of charge, except for a handling and
transportation fee which you the customer will be responsible to pay for. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused in transit.

What is not covered under Warranty  

Please note the warranty does not cover the case, loose pieces, glass or band/strap. Damage caused through accident, misuse, neglect or inexpert repairs are not covered.  Discoloration or general wear & tear as well as theft are also not covered. Any loss or damage whilst the watch is not in our possession including transit by any means is not covered. Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
