WE'RE HERE TO HELP

I HAVE A PROBLEM ENTERING MY SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION
There may be a problem with your bank card or address information. The billing address should match what your bank has on file. Please review and ensure your post code is entered correctly. Sometimes it’s also the way you have formatted the address
I NEED TO ADJUST SHIPPING DETAILS ON MY ORDER...WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us immediately using info@merneithcollection.com as we process orders within a few hours. Once we’ve processed it, we’re unable to make changes.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the item has been shipped, you will recieve an email  confirmation which will also contain your tracking details. Make sure to check you Spam and Junk folders of your email. The email will be coming from 'Mer Neith Collecton' info@merneithcollection.com  Please consider that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to fully update after it has been dispatched.

MY ORDER STATUS IS SHOWING 'UNFULFILLED.' WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

It simply means we haven’t shipped out your order yet, but we have received your payment. Once payment is received, your item status will change to  'Fulfilled' order where you will also receive your tracking details. 

 HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have had a change of mind so that we can accommodate your request. In this situation you should e-mail us on info@merneithcollection.com  with your details and leave the rest to us!

 

IS MY WATCH POWER BY BATTERY?

Automatic self-winding timepieces operate through power reserve built in the mainspring. Many people and owners of these automatic mechanical timepieces are unaware that self-winding watches need to be wound first manually, before it will run automatically. This is known as the initiation process. The watch will begin to automatically self-wind rebuilding the watches power reserve by means of natural movements whilst on your wrist. Instruction of this is on our menu section.

 IS MY WATCH WATER RESISTANT?

Our watches are 3ATM resistant meaning they are suitable for rain and light splash. However we advise not to wear the watch while swimming or exposing it intentionally to water, as this can void the warranty. See the back of your watch case for the ATM number. 

 HOW DO I SET UP THE TIME ON MY WATCH?

Pull the crown on the right-hand side on the watch, twist it to the preferred time setting, and push it back into place.

 HOW DO I GET MY WATCH TO START WORKING?

 WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE WATCH?

Mer Neith Collection watches have a 12 months warranty. Details of the warranty are found on our Warranty Policy page.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide to almost all countries. You will receive your shipment 3-7 working days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business working days. We also offer express international shipping. For further details please see our Shipping Policy page.

 DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES? 

All orders are shipped from our London UK warehouse. Mer Neith Collection cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF DELIVERY?

Once you order, it is usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow for 24-48 working hours to process an order. Within the UK delivery times are between 2 - 3 business days. We Also offer express delivery to UK, European and International customers. For further details, please see our Shipping Policy page. 

  WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

Mer Neith Collection accepts returns / exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was purchased. The watch must returned in the original packaging and in the original condition that it was sent (i.e. re-sellable condition). For more information please see our Returns Policy section.
