At Mer Neith Collection we are fully confident that you will be happy with your new watch. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch, we accepts returns / exchanges within 30 days after the date your item was received.
To request a refund or exchange, please email email@example.com providing your name, order number, and reason for refund & we will get back to you within 1 business day.
Please note, the policy for return or exchange is that the watch and watch box must returned in the original packaging and in the original condition that it was sent (i.e. new & re-sellable condition). Mer Neith Collection is not responsible for shipping or customs duty cost on items. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange on any item returned incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition due to negligence, damages (i.e. glass scratches, case scratches, damaged or missing straps, damaged watch box) , Upon this, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped back to you.
Damage and Defective Watches
We pride ourselves in ensuring that our watches undergo strict quality inspection and testing at the end of manufacturing process. However in the case that you receive a defective watch you must let us know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving the item and we will happily exchange it for you!
Our customers are very important to us and we will also try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, so the sooner you email us, the quicker we can find a resolution. If you let us know after the 7 day period we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange but may do so on a case by case basis (for example if there are extenuating circumstances)
In the case that we have shipped to you the wrong item, we will cover the shipping cost to return the item back to us and ship the correct item to you free of charge! However we are not responsible for paying the cost of shipping on any returns / exchanges unless we have erred.
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, the customer will be notified and a refund will be sent within 7 business days of the refund request. Please then allow this estimated time for your refund to be received to your original payment method.
Once we receive your exchanged product and it has been inspected, we aim to exchange your product within 1-2 business days. We will then ship your exchanged products out with the agreed delivery service.
